Sleev is operated by Capelago SASU.
Delete your account in the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside Sleev:
Account → Settings → Delete account → Confirm
Deletion is immediate, automatic, and permanent. Sleev deletes your account and the associated database records, source images, generated avatars, digitized garments, and outfit files. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play settings first, so you are not charged again. Any remaining credits are lost when your account is deleted.
Temporary copies held by AI providers, backups, and infrastructure logs expire according to their normal retention periods. More information is available in the Sleev Privacy Policy.
Request deletion without the app
You can still request deletion if you have uninstalled Sleev or cannot access your account.
Send the request through the contact form, choosing Account deletion as the reason, or email contact@trysleev.com with the subject Sleev account deletion request.
Use the email address associated with your Sleev account. We may contact you there to verify the request before deleting the account.
Never include an Apple, Google, or Sleev password in your request. We will never ask you for one.
What is deleted
When the request is verified and processed, Capelago deletes the active:
- Sleev account and authentication record;
- profile and onboarding information;
- uploaded source images;
- generated avatars;
- digitized garments;
- saved outfits and outfit images;
- plan, credit, usage-limit, and promotional-access records linked to the account;
- other active database records and stored files associated with the account.
Your subscription is not cancelled by deletion. Apple, Google, and our purchase provider keep records of your purchases, and pseudonymous analytics and optional advertising-measurement data expire under the retention periods described in the Privacy Policy. Records we must keep by law, such as accounting records, are kept for the period the law requires. Website visits are measured without identifiers and cannot be linked to your account.
Temporary provider copies and logs expire according to the retention periods described in the Privacy Policy.
